No. Most clients provide a door code, a lockbox, or a key. If you'd rather be home, that's fine too — just let us know when you book.

Yes, every visit. If you'd prefer we use specific products in your home — pet-safe, fragrance-free, or otherwise — tell us when you book and we'll bring those instead.

A standard clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms. A deep clean adds the things that build up over time — inside cabinets, behind appliances, baseboards — and is a good starting point for a first visit.

We're based in Kewanna and regularly work Rochester, Winamac, Culver, Fulton, Monterey, and Star City, with select days in Logansport. Outside that range, ask anyway.

Satisfaction guarantee
If we missed something, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it at no charge.

Cancellations & rescheduling
We ask for 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a booking. Late cancellations may carry a reduced fee, since that slot is held for you.

Access & entry
A key, code, or lockbox works fine if you won't be home. Text us if plans change before your scheduled time.

Pets
We're comfortable working around most pets. Let us know ahead of time if one needs to be secured during the visit.

Payment
Payment is due on completion. Card and digital payment are both accepted, with a receipt sent by email.
